Grand Canyon University was founded in 1949 by the Southern Baptist Church. The university almost went out of business in 2004 and private investors transitioned out of non-profit status to for-profit. Focusing on degrees in Teaching and Nursing, and creating a state of the art on-line program set GCU on its way.

Moses Inc was there from the beginning. The brand needed to be built for the 21st Century and have a creative platform to fuel growth and build a community.

Find Your Purpose connected with consumers young and old. Using Find Your Purpose as a rallying cry, GCU connected with adult learners and ground campus students alike. In time, Moses freshened up the Lope athletic logo to reflect the brand's more youthful and relevant image.

SOLUTION

GCU has increased ground campus enrollment from 900 to 17,000 and grown from a handful of on line students to well over 40,000. Most importantly, GCU give all students the opportunity and the facility to find their purpose.
