That’s why Oasis Dispensaries – a family business with plans for expansion – reached out to Moses to help them dispense a higher quality of life and set them apart from the influx of other dispensaries in Arizona.
Positioning Oasis as having the best quality product and best customer service would not be enough. Yes, they’re core to the brand and keep customers coming back — but everyone is saying it. Oasis needed a positioning powerful enough to bring people in the door; an emotional chord needed to be struck to connect consumers to the brand. In other words, it needed to convey the message, “We’re bringing value to your life. And we believe it’s a lifestyle to be proud of.”
With the goals of rejecting the cannabis stigma, increasing approachability and positioning Oasis as a dispensary run with integrity, Moses created a fresh new identity. Polished and approachable, Oasis’s new brand guidelines (and other incidental collateral) presented them as a natural extension of one’s wellness pursuits. We used creative thinking and strategic planning to shift the focus from product types to product outcomes, emphasizing the physical and emotional well-being of their consumers. In short, we turned a nondescript dispensary into a dispensary of choice for anyone looking to complement their lifestyle.
